I eat this Jam with everything, including Macaroni & Cheese.



Meet Pink Slip Jam, a condiment that I consider superlative to all others with the exception of Dijon.  Suzanne Fuoco is the scientist behind PSJ and she's concocting what some might consider a lifetime of knowledge reduced into a mason jar and disguised as some unidentifiable color which, I'll have you know, initiated my most recent visit to the NARS counter of Blush Beauty Bar.  However, had I not felt the pressure to conform last Thursday afternoon, you too could have potentially witnessed my lips pouting under 'In The Pink'.  Suzanne is imploding with experience and sweet memories that inspire her complex ingredient selection:  Berries, Bourbon, Peony Blossom, Scented Geranium.  And, no, Suzanne did not add one part bird beak, she's not practicing witch craft, the jam is just that good.  Put it on everything, or else. Pinkslipjam.com.  Photography and Website by Fieldwork.
